In view of Decree No. 2000-231 of 13 March 2000 on conditions of appointment and advancement in certain functional positions of the hospital public service;
In view of Decree No. 2000-235 of 13 March 2000 on the attribution of the new indiciary bonus to certain functional jobs of the hospital public service;
In view of the decision of 11 December 2000 establishing, on the one hand, the list of regional hospital centres whose functional jobs of deputy directors are functional jobs that benefit from a new indiciary bonus and, on the other hand, the list of functional jobs of sub-directors of the central services of the Paris Public Hospital Assistance beneficiaries of a new indiciary bonus;

Section 2 of the above-mentioned decision of 11 December 2000 is amended as follows:
"The list of functional jobs of sub-directors of the central services of the Paris Hospital Assistance beneficiaries of a new indiciary bonus (second level: 60 points plus), in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of Decree No. 2000-235 of 13 March 2000, referred to above, is as follows:
Executive Director of University Hospital Group East;
Executive Director of the University Hospital Group West;
Executive Director of the Sud University Hospital Group;
Executive Director of the North University Hospital Group;
Director of Bicêtre Hospital;
Director of Hospital Henri Mondor;
Director of Tenon Hospital;
Director of the hospital group La Pitié-Salpêtrière ;
Director of the European hospital Georges Pompidou;
Director of Bichat Hospital;
Director of the Emile Roux hospital;
Assistant to the Director of Medical Policy to the General Directorate;
Delegate to the strategy to the general management. »
