Order of October 2, 2002 appointing a Director to the Central Administration

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
Considering Article 13 of the Constitution;
Having regard to the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants;
Having regard to Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, in particular its Article 25;
In view of the amended Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 implementing Article 25 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 establishing the higher jobs for which the appointment is left to the decision of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-984 of 12 July 2002 on the powers delegated to the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:

Article 1


Mr. Frank Morisseau, general engineer of bridges and pavements, is appointed director of air navigation at the central administration of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea as replacement of Henri-Georges Baudry, called for other functions.

Article 2


The Prime Minister, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea are responsible, each with respect to him, for the implementation of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
