On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Having regard to Council Directive 90/539/EEC of 15 October 1990 on health police conditions governing intra-community exchanges and imports from third countries of poultry and eggs to be found;
Having regard to Council Directive 92/118/EEC of 17 December 1992 defining the health police conditions and sanitary conditions governing trade and imports in the Community of non-submitted products, with respect to these conditions, to the specific EU regulations referred to in Annex A, Chapter 1 of Directive 89/662/EEC and, with regard to pathogens, Directive 90/425/EEC;
Considering the Customs Code, and in particular its article 38;
Considering the rural code, including its article L. 236-1;
Considering the advice of the French Food Safety Agency dated 18 February 2004,
Decrete:
Decree No. 62-827 of 21 July 1962 regulating the import of certain poultry products is repealed.
The Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Seal Care, Minister of Justice, Minister of Health and Social Welfare and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
