In view of Decree No. 83-244 of 18 March 1983 establishing an Interprofessional National Wine Office;
In light of amended Decree No. 83-246 of 18 March 1983 establishing an Interprofessional National Office for Fruit, Vegetables and Horticulture;
In view of Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985 on appointments to executive positions of certain public institutions, public enterprises and national corporations and amending Decree No. 59-587 of 29 April 1959 as amended;
In view of Decree No. 2004-990 of 17 September 2004 on legislative organs and the direction of certain offices and amending the rural code;
On the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:
Mr. Philippe de Guenin, Chief Engineer of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests, is appointed Director of the National Interprofessional Office of Fruit, Vegetables and Horticulture and Director of the National Interprofessional Office of Wines, replacing Louis Balay and Jean-Luc Dairien, called to other positions.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with regard to the application of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
