Judgment of 15 September 2006 with delegation of signature (General Directorate of Public Accounts)

The Director General of Public Accounts,
Having regard to Act No. 77-1453 of 29 December 1977 granting guarantees of procedures to taxpayers in tax and customs matters, including Article 1;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 29 December 1962 on the General Regulation on Public Accounts, including Articles 6 and 63;
In view of Decree No. 78-636 of 12 June 1978 establishing the composition and operating conditions of the Tax Offences Commission established by Article 1 of the Act of 29 December 1977 referred to above, in particular Article 5;
Considering Decree No. 98-977 of 2 November 1998 on the General Directorate of Public Accounts;
In view of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the delegations of signature of members of the Government;
Considering the decision of 10 August 2004 on the organization of the General Directorate of Public Accounts;
In view of the amended decision of 10 August 2004 on the organization of sub-directions of the General Directorate of Public Accounts,

Article 1


Delegation is given to Mr. Philippe Rambal, Finance Inspector, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister responsible for the economy, finance and industry and within the limits of his powers, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions.

Delegation is given to Ms. Nathalie Roux and Mr. Alain Beuzelin, project managers, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister responsible for the economy, finance and industry and within the limits of their responsibilities, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions.

Delegation is given to Mr.David Litvan, Chief Engineer of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister for Economics, Finance and Industry and within the limits of his powers, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions.
