Order of September 14, 2007 on the extension of an interprofessional agreement concluded under the Interprofessional Association of Beet and Sugar

Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
Considering the rural code, including its article L. 632-3;
Considering the 27 March 1997 decision on the recognition of the Inter-Professional Association of Beet and Sugar;
In view of the inter-professional agreement concluded on 27 April 2007 by the professional organizations members of the Inter-Professional Association of Beet and Sugar and registered on 25 May 2007 under the number 2424 by the secretariat of the Higher Council for the Guidance and Coordination of the Agricultural and Food Economy,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the Inter-Professional Agreement (1) concluded on April 27, 2007 as part of the Inter-Professional Association of Beet and Sugar are extended to all relevant professional families in the national territory for the 2007-2008 campaign.

Article 2


The Director General of Economic, European and International Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
