In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, in particular its article 25;
In view of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Transport, last amended by Decree No. 98-141 of 6 March 1998;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 implementing Article 25 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 establishing the higher jobs for which the appointments are left to the decision of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:
Mr. Patrice Parisé, chief engineer of bridges and pavements, is appointed director of roads at the central administration of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, replacing Patrick Gandil, called to other functions.
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea are responsible for the implementation of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
