Judgment of 13 September 2005 for the purpose of exercising the rights recognized to the civil party

The Seal Guard, Minister of Justice,
Considering article 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act No. 95-125 of 8 February 1995);
Considering article D. 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Decree No. 95-932 of 17 August 1995, amended by Decree No. 2004-1364 of 13 December 2004);
Having regard to the application by the association known as "Association des victimes de l'accident d'autocar de Taliouine-Taroudant du 29 mars 2005", whose head office is located at Mr. Margerie (Bernard), placedit Brunenant, 56520 Guidel;
Having regard to the receipt of application issued on 22 July 2005,
Stop it!

Article 1


The approval provided for in section 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the Association des victimes de l'accident d'autocar de Taliouine-Taroudant du 29 mars 2005, whose head office is located at Mr. Margerie (Bernard), placedit Brunenant, 56520 Guidel.

Article 2


The Association shall provide annually to the Ministry of Justice, beginning with the publication of this Order:
- the updated list of members;
- a copy of the last minutes of the General Assembly;
- a copy of the last accounting year.

Article 3


The Head of the Access to Law and Justice and Policy Branch of the City is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
