Order of 8 September 2004 bearing delegation of signature (direction of the general administration)

Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999, as amended by Decree No. 2003-238 of 17 March 2003, establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the decree of 21 January 2003 appointing the Director General of Administration;
Having regard to the amended decree of 5 February 2003 on delegation of signature;
Having regard to the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 31 March 2004 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the decision of 2 July 1999 concerning the organization and powers of the general management of the administration;
Considering the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization of services of the general management of the administration;
Having regard to the amended decision of 28 January 2003 on delegation of signature,
Stop it!

Article 1


Article 4 of the above-mentioned decision of 28 January 2003 is as follows:
“Art. 4. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Jean-Marie Aurand, Mrs. Pascale Margot-Rougerie and Martine Henry and Mr. Marc Duvauchelle, Ms. Adeline Bard, Central Administration Officer, Mr. Michel Pauron, Divisional Engineer of Agricultural Works, Mr. François Denecheau, Civil Administrator, Ms. Dominique Perrier, Chief of Mission, and Mr. Stéphane Juille, »

Article 2


Article 7 of the above-mentioned decision of 28 January 2003 is as follows:
“Art. 7. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr. Jean-Marie Aurand, Ms. Pascale Margot-Rougerie and Martine Henry and MM. Marc Duvauchelle and François Denecheau, Mr. Ivan Muller, senior executive officer of central administration, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him. »

Article 3


Sections 9 and 12-1 of the above-mentioned Order of January 28, 2003 are repealed.

Article 4


Article 14 of the above-mentioned decision of 28 January 2003 is as follows:
“Art. 14. - In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand and Philippe de Chazeaux, Anne-Marie Mitaut, Senior Civil Administrator, Anne Perret, Civil Administrator, Pascal Chiron and Pierrick Daniel, Senior Officials of Central Administration, and Nathalie Bricnet, Senior Manager of Central Administration, have delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Orders, to the exception of their decisions, »

Article 5


The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
