Having regard to Council Regulation EC No. 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 concerning the joint organization of the wine market and the regulations made for its application;
Considering the general tax code;
Considering the Customs Code;
Considering the rural code;
Considering the code of consumption;
Having regard to the decree of 1 March 1984 amended relating to the controlled labels of origin "Alsace" and "Alsace Grand Cru";
Considering Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 implementing the code of consumption with regard to wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1163 of 7 December 2001 concerning the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with controlled label of origin;
Considering Decree No. 2002-1325 of 5 November 2002 on the conditions of production and yield of vineyards producing wines with controlled label of origin;
Considering the decree of 7 December 2001 modified relating to the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with controlled label of origin;
Considering the proposal of the national committee of wines and brandies of the National Institute of the labels of origin of 26 and 27 February 2003,
Decrete:
In Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 1 March 1984, the g is replaced by the following provisions:
“(g) To be presented, tasted and approved for the analytical and organoleptic examination under their particular mention, the approval cannot take place before a minimum period of eighteen months from the date of harvest. The wines cannot be approved without the prior obtaining of a certificate of fitness issued under the conditions specified by the rules of procedure provided for in article 1 of the decree of 7 December 2001 modified relating to the analytical and organoleptic examinations for wines with appellation of origin controlled with the exception of sparkling and sparkling wines. »
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform and the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, Professionals and Consumer Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
