Decree of 25 August 2005 establishing the amount of contributions to the Common Fund for Agricultural Work Accidents (FCATA)

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
Considering the general tax code, including article 1622, and articles 336 bis and 336 ter of its annex III;
Given the rural code, including articles L. 752-1 et seq. and L. 753-3, stop:

Article 1

For the year 2005, the total forecast amount of contributions required to fund is 20,700,000.

Article 2

For the application of the 1st of section 1622 of the General Tax Code, the amount of the contribution due by insurers is equal to 10,350,000.
The distribution of this contribution among insurers is made in accordance with the table in the annex.
The Caisse des dépôts et consignations shall notify each of the amount of its contribution as soon as the present order is issued.

Article 3

For the purposes of the 2nd of Article 1622 of the General Tax Code, the amount of the contribution due by the organizations involved in the management of the regime provided for in Chapter II of Title V of Book VII of the Rural Code is equal to 10,350,000.
The charge of this contribution is divided between the Central Fund for Agricultural Social Mutuality and the grouping defined in Article L. 752-14 of the Rural Code in accordance with the table annexed.
The Caisse des dépôts et consignations shall notify the Central Fund of the agricultural social mutuality and the above-mentioned grouping of their contribution as soon as the present order is issued.
Funds for agricultural social mutuality will make their lump-sum contribution to the fund of institutional missions prorated to the number of persons insured from each of them as of April 1. The Central Fund for Agricultural Social Mutuality will then charge the total amount of the contribution agreed above on the fund of the institutional missions.

Article 4

The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
