Considering the decree of 8 March 2001 on diplomas issued by private and consular technical institutions recognized by the State;
Having regard to the decision of 1 August 2005 authorizing the Ecole Supérieure de gestion de Paris to issue a diploma referred to by the Minister for Higher Education;
In view of the Board of Evaluation of Training and Management Degrees dated March 14, 2005;
Considering the opinion of the National Council for Higher Education and Research of 20 June 2005,

Effective September 1, 2005, the Master's degree is conferred on the graduates of the Ecole Supérieure de gestion de Paris (ESG) for one year.
The Director of Higher Education is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
