Judgment of September 4, 2007 on the distribution of the special fund to family associations for the year 2007

Considering the code of social action and families, including article L. 211-10,
Having regard to section 53, paragraph II, of Act No. 2004-1370 of 20 December 2004 on social security financing for 2005;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1715 of 29 December 2005 on the special fund of family association unions under Article L. 211-10 of the Code of Social Action and Families and amending this Code (regulatory party);
Having regard to the decision of 16 January 2006 on the distribution of the special fund of family associations for the year 2005;
In view of the decision of 25 August 2006 on the distribution of the special fund of family associations for the year 2006,
Stop it!

Article 1


The amount of the special fund for the financing of the unions of family associations amounts, for 2007, to twenty-five million four hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred eighty-eight euros (25,433,388 EUR), which are distributed in the first part of twenty million one hundred thirty-four thousand six hundred thirty and one euros (20,134,631 EUR) and a second part of five million two hundred and ninety-eight thousand seven hundred and fifty-s The amount of the first part is added the sum of sixty eight thousand two hundred and twenty-five euros (68,225 EUR) corresponding to the financial products for the year 2006.

Article 2


Pursuant to the 1st of Article R. 211-12 of the Code of Social Action and Families, the first part of the increased special fund of financial products, which is 20,202,856 euros, is allocated to 30% for the National Union of Family Associations, that is 6,060,856 euros, and 70% for the departmental unions of family associations, that is 14,142,000 euros.

Article 3


Pursuant to Article R. 211-13 of the Code of Social Action and Families, the amount allocated to federations, confederations and family associations members of family associations is as follows:
(a) The amount of 25% of the share allocated to the national union, allocated to the national federations, national confederations and national family associations referred to in Article L. 211-5 of the code of social action and families, amounts to 1,515,214 euros;
(b) The amount allocated by each departmental union to the federations and family associations referred to in Article L. 211-4 of the code of social action and families is equal to 10% of the amount allocated to it under the first part of the special fund, which is referred to in Article 4 below.
