Summary


Currently a body of type B, the body of the labour controllers is transformed into a body of category B with the intermediate indiciary classification (ITC) that the Durafour agreement of 9 February 1990 created between the gross indices 322 and 638. As a result of this transformation, the table annexed to Decree 48-1108 of 10-07- 1948 was amended.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management,
In view of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, together the texts that have completed or amended it;
Having regard to Decree No. 97-364 of 18 April 1997 on the special status of the body of labour controllers, as amended by Decree No. 2003-870 of 11 September 2003;
Having regard to the opinion of the Supreme Council of the Public Service of the State of 10 July 2003,
Decrete:

The table annexed to the above-mentioned Decree of 10 July 1948 is amended in accordance with the table annexed to this Decree.

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
