Having regard to Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986, amended with statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In light of amended Decree No. 92-4 of 2 January 1992 on the award of a supervisory allowance to certain hospital public officials;
In view of Decree No. 2003-860 of 4 September 2003 amending Decree No. 90-949 of 26 October 1990 on the special status of school directors of midwives of the public hospital service;
In light of the amended decision of 2 January 1992 setting out the amount of the supervisory allowance awarded to certain hospital public officials,
Stop:
The monthly amount of the supervisory allowance referred to in Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 2 January 1992 shall be determined in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.
The Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
