Pursuant to Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the resorption of precarious employment and the modernization of recruitment in the public service as well as working time in the local public service and Decree No. 2002-121 of 31 January 2002, in particular its title I, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and People with Disabilities organize a recruitment without competition of administrative agents.
Candidates for this recruitment can only be registered if they are under the authority of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities, or if they fall within the scope of their last contract. They must also meet the following service requirements:
- having been a non-public law officer of the State for at least two months between 10 July 1999 and 9 July 2000, temporarily recruited and engaged in missions to the incumbents;
- having been during this period of two months in office or having been granted leave under the decree laid down in article 7 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984;
- justify on the closing date the registrations of an effective public service period at least three years of full-time equivalent over the last eight years.
The number of posts to be filled is 6 as follows:
4 for the health-solidarity sector;
2 for the work sector.
