Article R.* 813-38 of the rural code is replaced by the following: «art.» R.* 813-38. -The per student operating grant is incorporated, depending on the mode of home, on the one hand corresponding to simple externship and, when applicable, a second part corresponding to the restoration and a third part corresponding to the accommodation.
The amount of each share is set by reference to the average cost per pupil expenditure of public agricultural technical schools, based on a five-year survey conducted by the Ministry of agriculture, on the basis of a reference sample of public distribution agricultural technical schools training is comparable to that which exists in the establishments referred to in article L. 813 - 8 du Code rural.
Expenditure mentioned in the preceding paragraph include non-teaching personnel costs and the operating expenditures to the burden of the State and local authorities, depending on the skills they exercise for technical education institutions agricultural public.
The shares of various modes of home are set respectively at 100% for simple externship, 60% for the restoration and 50% for accommodation of the corresponding expenditures of public institutions constituting the reference sample.
Between two quinquennial surveys, the subsidy is indexed in conditions determined by a joint order of the Minister of agriculture and the Minister in charge of the budget.
Each year, an order of the same ministers fixed according to the mode of reception of students, an average amount of subsidy to the same student for all associations or agencies responsible for private agricultural schools. ' Article 2 more on this article...

The Minister of State, Minister of economy, finance and industry, the Minister of agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Secretary of State for the budget and budget reform and the Secretary of State for agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each in relation to the implementation of this Decree which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
