For the 2004 harvest, the increase, by concentration, by partial concentration, including the reverse osmosis, or the addition of concentrate grapes or rectified concentrate must, of the natural volumic alcoometric title of the products referred to in point D of Annex V of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of the Council of 17 May 1999 referred to above, destined for the production of the wines of the table, of the wines of the wines This enrichment may reach the limits set out in this annex.
On the proposal of the national committee of wines and brandies of the National Institute of the labels of origin, this authorization may be extended to the products referred to in the preceding paragraph, destined for the elaboration of the wines with label of origin, delimited wines of superior quality and wines with controlled label of origin.
If these transactions are split, they are limited to two for the same product.
The Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Economic and International Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each in this regard, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
