Notice to leaf importers of terephtalate polyethylene (PET) from India

1. In accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2005 of 22 August 2005 (JOUE No. L 218 of 23 August 2005), a review of Regulation (EC) No. 1975/2004 and of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1976/2004 concerning the extension of anti-dumping duties and final compensatory duties on imports of terephthalate polyethylene sheets (PET) of NC codes ex. 392062.
2. Anti-dumping law is suspended.
3. As of 24 August 2005 and for a period of nine months, Customs authorities are invited to take appropriate measures to register imports referred to in paragraph 1.
