In view of Decree No. 2002-1105 of 30 August 2002 on the flat allowance representative of hardships and additional work assigned to the staff of the bodies of technical advisers of social service of the state administrations and of the social service assistants of the state administrations,

The annual reference amounts of the lump sum allowance representative of hardships and additional work assigned to the staff of the bodies of technical social service advisers of the state administrations and social service assistants of the state administrations are fixed as follows:
- Technical Social Service Advisor: EUR 1,300;
- Senior Social Service Assistant: EUR 1,050;
- Social service assistant: EUR 950.
The Order of December 31, 1999 setting the rates of the lump sum allowance for special hardships awarded to the staff of the bodies of technical social service advisors and the bodies of social service assistants is repealed.
The present order shall take effect on 1 January 2002 and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
