Order of August 19, 2005 authorizing private and consular technical higher education institutions of Wave B to confer the Master's degree to holders of the diploma referred to by the Minister for Higher Education

Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Considering the education code, including articles L. 443-2 and L. 641-5;
In view of the amended Decree No. 99-747 of 30 August 1999 establishing the Master ' s degree, including article 2, paragraph 4;
In view of the amended Decree No. 2001-295 of 4 April 2001, establishing the Board of Evaluation of Training and Management Degrees;
Considering the decree of 8 March 2001 on diplomas issued by private and consular technical institutions recognized by the State;
Having regard to the Order of 19 August 2005 authorizing private and consular technical higher education institutions in Wave B to issue a diploma referred to by the Minister for Higher Education;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Evaluation of Training and Management Degrees dated 31 January 2005 and 31 May 2005;
Considering the opinion of the National Council for Higher Education and Research of 18 July 2005,
Stop it!

Article 1


Effective September 1, 2005, the Master's degree is conferred upon the holders of the relevant diplomas of the private and consular technical higher education institutions mentioned in the table annexed to this Order for the durations specified in this table.

Article 2


The Director of Higher Education is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
