By order of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and of the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service dated 24 July 2007, the constitutive convention of a public interest group called "Agency for the Development of International Cooperation in the Fields of Agriculture, Food and Rural Areas (ADECIA)" is approved.

Name: Agency for the Development of International Cooperation in Agriculture, Food and Rural Areas (ADECIA).
Purpose: The purpose of the group is to develop and promote the supply of agricultural and food products through the strengthening of international cooperation.
Members:
The public interest group called "Agency for the Development of International Cooperation in the Fields of Agriculture, Food and Rural Spaces" is constituted by the following legal persons:
The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
The permanent assembly of agricultural chambers (APCA);
The National Centre for the Development of Agricultural Structures (CNASEA);
The Single Payment Agency (AUP);
National Interprofessional Office for Large Crops (ONIGC);
The National Inter-Professional Office for Livestocking and Production (Office for Livestocking);
The National Interprofessional Office for Fruit, Vegetables, Wine and Horticulture (VINIFLHOR).

Duration: The grouping is formed for a duration of seven years.
