Summary

Order in Council 2001-932 of 9 October 2001 created a position allowance for officials of the administrative sector performing their duties in the Ministry of the Environment. This indemnity revalorization is for employees in the department responsible for the environment who are responsible for the management of ministries responsible for agriculture, equipment, finance or health. It is proposed to extend the award of this allowance to officials of the administrative sector performing their duties in a normal position of activity in public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment. All provisions contained in the Decree of 9 October 2001 become applicable to the staff of the public institutions concerned by this measure. This measure is effective 1 January 2003. On the other hand, the scope of the decree of 9 October 2001 being extended to the administrative public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment, it becomes necessary to amend the title of the decree to include these public institutions. 1 (Addition of an al.) of Decree 2001-932 of 9 October 2001.

Decree No. 2003-800 of 26 August 2003 amending Decree No. 2001-932 of 9 October 2001 establishing a service allowance for employees of the administrative sector in the Ministry of the Environment

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 2001-932 of 9 October 2001, establishing a position allowance for staff of the administrative sector in the Ministry of the Environment,
Decrete:

The above-mentioned decree of 9 October 2001 is amended as follows:
I. - The title of the decree is replaced by the following title:
"Decree No. 2001-932 of 9 October 2001 establishing a function allowance for the personnel of the administrative sector in the Ministry of the Environment and certain administrative public institutions under its supervision"
II. - It is added to article 1 of the decree of 9 October 2001 referred to a paragraph as follows:
"The provisions of this Decree shall apply in the same conditions to officials of the administrative sector who exercise their functions in a normal position of activity in the services of the administrative public institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment. »

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management and the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which takes effect on January 1, 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
