Staff management and adaptation of the professional environment will organize an internal competition for the recruitment of Treasury controllers to the central administration of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service.
I. - Admission requirements
This competition is open to only incumbents of the central administration of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service, with at least three years and six months of public service (services performed as a licensee, temporary or contractual support, as well as military services, within the legal period).
This period of service is reduced to two years and six months in favour of the officers justifying the second degree bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree on the list established by the Order of November 25, 1985, as amended by the Order of May 11, 1993.
II. - Number of positions offered
The number of positions offered at the competition is 80.
III. - Tests of the contest
The examinations of this competition, which include a written examination of eligibility and an oral examination of admission, are set by an order dated 23 January 2007 (published in the Official Journal of 1 February 2007).
IV. - Test dates and locations
The written eligibility test will take place on Thursday, November 15, 2007, in Paris and Nantes.
The oral event will take place in Paris, starting Monday, January 7, 2008.
V. - Withdrawal and submission of applications
The date of the termination of pre-registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the stamp of the position in question) or of the withdrawal of the registration records in the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service, is fixed on Thursday, October 18, 2007, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position being authentic) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service, is fixed on Thursday, October 25, 2007, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
No internal teledoc consignments will be accepted.
Any file posted out of time will not be considered.
Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the staff management and the adaptation of the professional environment.

The procedure takes place in two phases: a pre-registration phase, which assigns a registration number communicated to the candidate electronically and post, and a confirmation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the registration data until the closing deadline. Any modification must be the subject of a new confirmation; the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered only valid. Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory.
In the absence of confirmation on time, the pre-registration of the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection;
