Having regard to amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, in particular its article 20;
In view of Decree No. 91-921 of 12 September 1991 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the management jobs of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions, as amended by Decree No. 2003-1360 of 30 December 2003,
Decrete:
A settlement management liability allowance is awarded to some management staff governed by the aforementioned decree of 12 September 1991 who occupy one of the management jobs of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions.
The annual amount of this allowance is determined on the basis of the classification of the institution concerned by joint order of the ministers responsible for agriculture, the public service and the budget.
A special hardship allowance is awarded to certain executives of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions who occupy one of the jobs of director of public establishment or assistant governed by the decree of 12 September 1991 referred to above.
The award of this allowance is related to the effective exercise of the duties that open it.
The annual amount of this allowance is determined on the basis of the classification of the institution concerned by joint order of the ministers responsible for agriculture, the public service and the budget.
Decree No. 93-473 of 23 March 1993 on the attribution of special hardship allowance to certain executives of technical educational institutions under the Minister for Agriculture and Decree No. 93-474 of 23 March 1993 on the attribution of an executive responsibility allowance to certain executives of technical educational institutions under the Minister for Agriculture are repealed.
The Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform, and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, shall be responsible, each in the matter of January, for the execution of the decree of the French Republic, and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs shall be responsible, each in respect of
