On the report of the Minister of Health, Youth and Sports,
Considering the public health code, including articles L. 6144-3 to L. 6144-5, R. 6144-40 to R. 6144-80 and D. 6144-81 to D. 6144-85;
Having regard to amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, including its article 9;
Having regard to Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amending statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service, in particular its article 2;
Considering the opinion of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service dated 20 December 2006,
Decrete:
After the second sentence of article D. 6144-81 of the Public Health Code, the following provisions are inserted:
"In institutions of less than fifty officers in which staff representatives on the technical committee of establishment carry out the duties assigned to the members of the hygiene, safety and working conditions committee, training leave with pay related to the exercise of these two terms is assigned to staff representatives on the technical committee of establishment. The maximum duration of this leave is seven days. »
The Minister of Labour, Social Relations and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Youth and Sports, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
