Order of August 6, 2004 amending the Order of December 28, 1993 establishing a Revenue Authority from the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Tourism

The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Management, Tourism and the Sea and the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform,
Having regard to Act No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978, as amended, on various measures to improve the relations between the administration and the public and various administrative, social and fiscal provisions;
Having regard to Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 on the General Regulation on Public Accounts, in particular Article 18;
In view of Decree No. 66-850 of 15 November 1966 on the personal and financial responsibility of the directors, as amended by Decree No. 76-70 of 15 January 1976;
Having regard to Decree No. 78-1136 of 6 December 1978 on the Access to Administrative Documents Commission, including Article 5;
In light of the amended Decree No. 92-681 of 20 July 1992 on revenue and advances by public bodies;
In view of Decree No. 2001-493 of 6 June 2001 adopted for the application of Article 4 of Act No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978 and on the modalities of communication of administrative documents;
In view of Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 on the inclusion of revenue competition funds collected for the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing and the proceeds of various non-tax revenues;
Considering Decree No. 2002-835 of 2 May 2002 on the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing;
In view of the Order of 28 May 1993 on the rates of liability allowance that may be allocated to the directors of advances and income directors of public bodies and the amount of the bond imposed on these agents, as amended by the Order of 3 September 2001 on the adaptation of the value in euros of certain amounts expressed in francs (regulatory provisions issued by decrees: Ministry of the Economy, Finance and
Having regard to the Order of 28 December 1993 establishing a revenue stream with the central administration of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Tourism, as amended by the Order of 5 December 2001;
Having regard to the decision of October 1, 2001 on the terms and conditions for fixing and determining the amount of copies of an administrative document;
Having regard to the 27 December 2001 decision on the threshold for the bail-out of the directors of advances and income regulators,
Stop:

Article 1


It is added to section 1 of the amended dated 28 December 1993 order referred to the following paragraph:
« 4° Organization or participation in the organization of seminars, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and rentals of rooms or spaces. »
Art. 2. - Article 3 of the above-mentioned amended 28 December 1993 order is as follows:
“Art. 3. - Revenues referred to in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of Article 1 shall be allocated to the relevant section of the budget of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea by means of competition funds, pursuant to Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 referred to above, when assignments are made on behalf of third parties, and by recovery of credit when assignments are made on behalf of other services of the State.
Revenues referred to in paragraph 2 of section 1 shall be paid to various revenues from the general budget. »

Article 3


The Director of Financial Affairs and General Administration and the Director General of Public Accounts are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
