II. - An oral examination for admission Conversation with the selection board to assess the professional knowledge in the functions performed by the candidate, his personality, abilities and ability to lead and coach a team. The conversation has starting point for a discussion on the curriculum vitae submitted by the candidate. It includes questions about concrete professional situations in relation to the candidate's professional experience (duration: 30 minutes, including ten minutes to more discussion; coefficient 1).

Curriculum vitae, two pages at most and without photo, will specify, in addition to the full name, date of birth, titles and degrees, initial training, as well as the main stages of the career. Candidates will complete the description of their professional curriculum of the main tasks and responsibilities that have been entrusted to them and the results they deem have to bring to the attention of the jury.

The jury, appointed by order of the Minister of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms, consists of six members:-a prefect, president;
-a civil administrator;
-a member of the General Inspectorate of administration;
-a magistrate of the body of the administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal;
-a member of the prefect body.
-an agent of the national framework of the prefectures with the rank of Director.
The jury may be possibly supplemented by one or more editors be chosen from officials of category A of the national framework of the prefectures.
