Order of August 1, 2005 amending the order of January 31, 2005 approving the merger involving the transfer of portfolios of membership bulletins to mutual regulations and contracts

Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In view of the decree of January 31, 2005 approving, as of January 1, 2004, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions set out in article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of their portfolios of newsletters to join the regulations and contracts of the Mutuelle médico-chirurgicale (MMC) and the Mutuelle prévoyance santé (MPS) for the benefit of

Article 1


In article 1 of the above-mentioned decision of January 31, 2005, instead of: "who shall be the Mutual denomination of France Grand Sud", it should be read: "Mutuelle Grand Sud".

Article 2


The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
