A professional examination for access to the rank of an exceptional administrative secretary of the body of the school and university administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is open for the year 2003.
Pursuant to Article 11 of Decree No. 94-1016 of 18 November 1994 as amended setting out the common statutory provisions applicable to various bodies of category B officials, may apply to officers who hold the rank of administrative secretary of normal school and university administration or of an assimilated grade who have reached at least the 7th grade of their grade, on the day of the first grade (or November 4, 2003), as well as to academic secretaries
The total number of posts to be filled is 10.
The written event will take place on 4 November 2003, in Paris, Fort-de-France, Basse-Terre and Saint-Denis.
The oral event will take place on 16 and 17 December 2003, in Paris.
The application form for this professional examination, annexed to the note of service, will have to be received by 10 October 2003, the closing date of the registrations (the stamp of the position being authoritative), at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, General Directorate of Administration (the competition office), 78, rue de Varenne, 75349 Paris 07 SP. This file must be accompanied by three transparent window envelopes at the current tariff.
