By Decision No. 2006-0590 dated June 13, 2006, issued by the Electronic Communications and Post Regulatory Authority, Adrexo is authorized to provide non-reserved correspondence services related to inland mailings including distribution under the conditions set out in the annex and in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions. The authorization shall be issued for a period of ten years from the date of signature of this decision. It is renewable and is related to the person of its licensee, it cannot be transferred to a third party. Amendments that may significantly affect the activity of the licensee of this authorization shall be communicated to the Electronic Communications and Post Control Authority to verify their compatibility with the conditions of the authorization.
