Having regard to Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004;
Considering Decree No. 2005 - 850 of 27 July 2005 on the signature of the members of the Liberian Government delegations;
Mindful of Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 taken for the application of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004;

It is created at the Ministry of defence, the General delegation for armaments, automated processing of personal data referred to as "management training from Lorient and Brest centres" and whose main purpose is the management of internships, trainees, trainers, employers and funders.

The categories of personal data recorded are those relating:-to the identity (of the intern [name, first name, date and place of birth, address, telephone numbers, Professional fax number, business e-mail address], the trainer [name, address, telephone numbers, Professional fax number, business e-mail address], employers and funders [name and name of the contact telephone and fax professional, professional e-mail address numbers]);
-in the professional life of the trainee (rank or function, assignment service, business address);
-in the training (training, notes, summaries of assessments);
-employers and funders (company name, company type, address, number SIRET, convention type, billing address, function, number of hours);
-in the economic and financial situation (account number and identification of the body content of the account).
The personal data thus recorded are kept for a maximum period of 10 years.

The recipients of the personal data recorded are, according to their respective functions and the need to know:-Administration service the training centre;
-teachers and teaching staff;
-banking and financial organizations keeping of personal accounts of the persons concerned.

The right of opposition referred to in article 38 of the above-mentioned law of January 6, 1978 cannot be relied on in the context of this treatment.

The right of access provided for in articles 39 et seq. of the above-mentioned Act is exercised with the secretariats 'Management lessons' each of the training concerned the treatment centres.

The Director of the training centre of Lorient is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
