In view of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning the signature delegations of the members of the Gourvernement;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 adopted for the application of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and freedoms, as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004;
Having regard to the receipt of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated 9 June 2006 bearing number 1172244,

It is created in the Ministry of Defence, the General Delegation for Arming, an automated personal data processing called "Management of the training centres of Lorient and Brest" and whose main purpose is the management of internships, trainees, trainers, employers and financeers.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- to the identity of the intern [name, first name, date and place of birth, address, telephone numbers, professional fax number, professional e-mail address], trainer [name, first name, address, telephone numbers, professional fax number, e-mail address], employers and funders [name and first name of contact, telephone numbers and professional fax, e-mail address];
- the professional life of the trainee (grade or function, assignment service, professional address);
- training (training, notes, summaries of evaluations);
- to employers and financeers (social season, type of company, address, number SIRET, type of agreement, billing address, function, number of hours);
- to the economic and financial situation (account number and identification of the accounting body).
The personal data thus recorded shall be retained for a maximum period of 10 years.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- the administrative department of the training centre;
- teachers and teaching staff;
- employers;
- financers;
- banking and financial organizations ensuring the personal accounts of the persons concerned.
The right of opposition provided for in section 38 of the above-mentioned Act of 6 January 1978 cannot be invoked in connection with this treatment.
The right of access provided for in sections 39 et seq. of the above-mentioned Act shall be exercised with the "Management of Lessons" secretariats of each of the training centres involved in the processing.
The Director of the Lorient Training Centre is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
