Judgment of 29 July 2004 concerning professional civil societies (public or ministerial officers)

By order of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, dated July 29, 2004:
Mr. Texereau (Nicolas) is appointed associate notary, member of professional civil society Jean-Paul Secher, René-Charles Lardiere, Christian Lesbaudy, Stéphane Frappier and Arnaud Salvetat, associate notaries, holder of a notary at the Cholet residence (Maine-et-Loire).
The withdrawal of Mr. Secher (Jean-Paul, Marie, Marcel), associate notary, member of professional civil society Jean-Paul Secher, René-Charles Lardiere, Christian Lesbaudy, Stéphane Frappier and Arnaud Salvetat, associate notaries, is accepted.
The social reason for professional civil society Jean-Paul Secher, René-Charles Lardiere, Christian Lesbaudy, Stéphane Frappier and Arnaud Salvetat, notaries associated, is thus modified: "René-Charles Lardiere, Christian Lesbaudy, Stéphane Frappier, Arnaud Salvetat and Nicolas Texereau, notaries, associates of a professional civil society holding a notarial office. »
