On the report of the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister for Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson,
Considering Act No. 2005-270 of 24 March 2005 on the general status of the military;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1490 of 20 December 2002 establishing the status of the nursing and technicians of the hospitals of the armed forces, as amended by Decree No. 2005-562 of 27 May 2005;
In light of amended Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948, which provides for the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civilian and military personnel under the general pension system,
Decrete:
The tables annexed under the title “National Defence” to the above-mentioned Decree of 10 July 1948 are amended in accordance with the provisions annexed to this Decree.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister Delegate for Budget and State Reform, spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which takes effect on 27 May 2005 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
