Considering Decree No. 91-868 September 5, 1991, amended on the particular statutes of the public hospital service technical staff;
Considering Decree No. 91-869 5 September 1991 amended concerning the scale classification of technical personnel of the public hospital service;
Considering the Decree of 5 September 1991 on the scale spread of technical personnel of the public hospital service;
Stop: Article 1 article 1 of the Decree of 5 September 1991 above reads as follows: «art.» 1 - the scale range for the corps of hospital engineers is determined in accordance with table I annexed to this order.
The scale range for the use of general engineer is determined in accordance with table II annexed to this order. ' Article 2 article 3 of the Decree of 5 September 1991 referred to above shall be repealed.
Article 3 the provisions of this order shall take effect as of June 25, 2007.
Article 4 the Director of hospitalization and the Organization of care at the Ministry of health, youth and sports, the budget Director and Executive Director of administration and public service in the Ministry of budget, public accounts and public service are responsible, each in relation to the execution of this order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
