Vu le code de la santé publique ;
Having regard to the code of social action and families;
Pursuant to law No. 83 - 634 of 13 July 1983 as amended on rights and obligations of officials, all amended Act No. 86-33 of January 9, 1986 on the statutory provisions on the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 93-652 of 26 March 1993 as amended concerning the special status of educational assistants of the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 93-653 of 26 March 1993 as amended concerning the special status of des conseillers en économie sociale et familiale the public hospital service;
Having regard to Decree No. 93-654 of 26 March 1993 amended on the special status of the animators of the public hospital service;
Mindful of Decree No. 93-655 26 March 1993 amended on the special status of technical educators specialized hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 93-656 26 March 1993 amended concerning the special status of educators of young children in the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 93-657 of 26 March 1993 as amended concerning the special status of monitors-educators of the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 2004 - 533 of 11 June 2004 on the State diploma and the exercise of the profession of social service assistant;
Mindful of Decree No. 2007-196 13 February 2007 on diploma equivalences required to attend competitions for access to the bodies and officials of public service jobs;
Having regard to Decree No 2007 - 837 11 May 2007 laying down common statutory provisions applicable to category B of the public hospital service bodies;
Having regard to the opinion of the High Council of the function public hospital dated February 22, 2007;
The Council of State (social section) heard, enacts as follows: Chapter 1: provisions relating to the special status of the body of the assistants workers of the public hospital service Article 1 Decree No. 93 - 652 of 26 March 1993 referred to above is amended as follows: 1 ° the second and third paragraphs of article 3 are replaced by the following: '1 ° for the employment of social service Wizard '. for the holders of the diploma of State of Wizard of social service or to hold the European Community nationals of the ability to exercise provided for in article 9 of Decree No. 2004 - 533 of 11 June 2004 on the State diploma and the exercise of the profession of social service assistant;
«2 ° for the employment of educator, educator-State diploma holders or holders of a diploma recognised as equivalent by the commission established by Decree No. 2007-196 13 February 2007 on diploma equivalences required to attend competitions for access to the bodies and officials of public service jobs.»
2 ° article 6 is replaced by the following: «art.» 6 - officers named in the body of educational assistants are classified according to the provisions of Decree No. 2007-837 11 May 2007 laying down common statutory provisions applicable to the body of officials of category B of the public hospital service, subject to the benefit of the provisions laid down in article 7 of this Decree as well as, where applicable the provisions laid down in article 8 of this Decree. » 3 ° article 7 is replaced by the following: «art.» 7. - the social work assistants from the date of publication of the Decree n ° 2007 - 1190, August 3, 2007, with specific provisions applicable to the body of category B in the educational sector of the public hospital service receive a twelve-month seniority bonus if they are holders of the State diploma of social service assistant at their nomination in the body.

3 ° article 6 is replaced by the following: «art.» 6 - officers named in the body of facilitators are classified according to the provisions laid down in Decree No. 2007-837 11 May 2007 laying down the common statutory provisions applicable to the body of officials of category B of the public hospital service subject to the benefit of the provisions laid down in article 7 of this Decree. » 4 ° article 7 is replaced by the following provisions:

II. Article 9 is replaced by the following: «art.» 9. - the body of technical educators includes the rank of technical educator specialized normal class with ten levels and the rank of special technical educator of upper class with seven levels.
«In the technical educator of normal class rank, average tenure is one year in the 1st step, two years from the 2nd to the 5th step, three years from the 6th to the 8th step and four years in the 9th level.»
