Having regard to the code of social action and families;
Pursuant to law No. 83 - 634 of 13 July 1983 as amended on rights and obligations of officials, all amended Act No. 86-33 of January 9, 1986 on the statutory provisions on the public hospital service;
Mindful of Decree No. 76-811 of 20 August 1976 as amended relating to preparatory cycles organized for officials and staff candidates for some competition;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001-1207 of 19 December 2001 amended on the special status of the body of the Hospital Authority clamps and amending Decree No. 90-839 21 September 1990 laying particular statutes of the administrative staff of the public hospital service;
Mindful of Decree No. 2007-196 of 13 February 2007 relating to equivalence of graduates required to to attend the entrance exam; bodies and officials of public service jobs
Pursuant to Decree No. 2007 - May 15, 2007 961 on common provisions applicable to some body of officials of category A of the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 2007 - 1191, August 3, 2007, relating to the advancement of rank in some body of the public hospital service;
Having regard to the opinion of the High Council of the function public hospital dated March 27, 2007;

The Decree of 19 December 2001 referred to above is amended as follows: 1 ° in article 4 is replaced by the following: «art.» 4 - the rank of Attaché has twelve levels.
