Having regard to Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986, amended with statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In view of the amended Decree No. 93-145 of 3 February 1993 on the special statutes of the technical staff of the Paris State Hospital Assistance;
Having regard to the amended decision of 3 February 1993 on the indiciary scheduling of technical staff of the Paris Public Hospital Assistance,
Stop:
Article 2 of the above-mentioned decision of 3 February 1993 is as follows:
“Art. 2. - The indiciary scale applicable to the corps of the superior technicians of the Paris Public Hospital Assistance is fixed in accordance with Table III annexed to this Order. »
Table III annexed to the above-mentioned decision of 3 February 1993 referred to in Article 2 of the said Order is amended as follows:

The provisions of this Decree shall take effect on 2 January 2004.
The Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
