In view of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Transport, last amended by Decree No. 97-603 of 30 May 1997;
Having regard to the Decree of 22 July 1998 appointing the Director of Road Safety and Traffic;
Having regard to the decree of 6 June 2002 on delegation of signature;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
Having regard to the amended decision of 14 March 1986 on the organization of road safety and traffic management;
Having regard to the decision of 28 May 2002 on delegation of signature,
Decrete:
Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 6 June 2002 reads as follows:
“Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs. Isabelle Massin, director of road safety and traffic, delegation is given to Mr. Régis Rioufol, chief engineer of bridges and pavements, to Mr. Bernard Gauvin, general engineer of mines, to Mr. Jean Chapelon, chief engineer of bridges and pavements, to Mr. Francis Oziol, chief engineer of bridges »
The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
