Considering Decree No. 85-659 of July 2, 1985, establishing the Organization of the central administration of the Ministry of urban development, housing and transport, amended lastly by Decree No. 97-603 of 30 May 1997;
Seen the Decree of 22 July 1998 on the appointment of the Director of safety and road traffic safety;
Seen the Decree of 6 June 2002 delegation of signature;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 relating to the composition of the Government;
See Decree No. 2002 - 983 of July 12, 2002 related to the powers of the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea;
Given the Decree of 14 March 1986 modified on the Organization of the Directorate of security and road traffic safety;
Given the order of May 28, 2002 delegation of signature, decrees: Article 1 article 2 of the Decree of 6 June 2002 above reads: 'art. 2. - in case of absence or impediment of Ms. Isabelle Massin, Director of security and traffic road, delegation is given to Mr. Régis Rioufol, Chief Engineer of bridges and pavement, to Mr. Bernard Gauvin, general engineer of mines, Mr. Jean Chapelon, engineer of bridges and roadways, to Mr. Francis Oziol, engineer of bridges and roadways , and to Mrs. Dominique Lefèvre-battle, civil, to sign administrator, on behalf of the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea and within the limits of the powers assigned to them, all acts, arrested, decisions, contracts, agreements and endorsements, excluding public procurement and the mission orders, decrees, schedules of senior 22 867 353 EUR expenditures or commitments. ' Article 2 the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
