Decrete:
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Agnès Daussun, Director, Chief of the Legal Affairs Branch, delegation is given to Ms. Danielle Gozard, Deputy Director, Mr. Frédéric Beaufays, Deputy Director, and to Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Senior Civil Administrator, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of all legal acts
In the event of absence or incapacitation of Mrs. Agnès Daussun and Danielle Gozard and MM. Frédéric Beaufays and Pierre Pelissier, Ms. Myriam Mattlin and Françoise Bordes, Central Administration Officer, Ms. Isabelle Tison, Veterinary Public Health Inspector, and Mr. François Darribehaude, Contractual Officer, have delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all memoirs in defence and in demand in the context of disputes relating to the
In the event of absence or incapacitation of Mrs. Agnès Daussun and Danielle Gozard and MM. Frédéric Beaufays and Pierre Pelissier, Mr. Patrice Larde, Central Administration Officer, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all credit management actions of the Legal Affairs Branch.
The Decree of 23 May 2002 on delegation of signature is repealed.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
