Decree of 1 August 2003 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
Considering the public procurement code;
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Having regard to Decree No. 53-1169 of 28 November 1953 on the regulation of public administration for the application of the decree of 30 September 1953 on the reform of administrative litigation, as amended by the decree of 29 January 1957;
In view of the amended Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
Having regard to the decision of 30 May 1997 on the organization of the Directorate of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, last amended by the decree of 29 January 2002;
Having regard to the Decree of 21 July 2003 appointing the Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers;
Having regard to the decision of 1 August 2003 on delegation of signature,
Decrete:

Article 1


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Aymeric, Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, the delegation provided for in Article 1 of the above-mentioned decision of 1 August 2003 is devolved, within the limits of their respective responsibilities, to Mr. Gérard Houdin, Divisional Engineer of Public Works of the State, to Mr. Didier Baudoin, Chief Administrative Officer of Maritime Affairs, to Ms.

In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Aymeric, Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, Mr Philippe Illionnet, Chief Administrative Officer of Maritime Affairs, Mr. Eric Berder, Chief Engineer of Arms, Mr. Olivier Noël, Deputy Director, Mr. Jean-Paul Guenole, Chief Administrative Officer of Maritime Affairs, and Mr. Francis Rollot, Chief Medical Officer, have delegation to sign, to

In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Michel Aymeric, Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, and Mr. Gérard Houdin, Divisional Engineer of Public Works of the State, Ms. Sylvie Pastol, Principal Inspector of Maritime Affairs, Mr. Jean-Luc Laurencot, Eng. of Public Works of the State, and Mr. Christian Feytout, Chief Officer of the Technical and Administrative Body of Maritime Affairs, have delegation

The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
