In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 92-7 of 2 January 1992 establishing a lump sum allowance for work on Sundays and holidays;
In view of Decree No. 92-1032 of 25 September 1992 establishing a lump-sum allowance for work on Sundays and holidays for officials of the National Institute of Disabled Persons;
In view of Decree No. 2002-60 of 14 January 2002 on Hourly Allowances for Supplementary Work,
Decrete:
In the title of the above-mentioned decree of September 25, 1992, the words "for agents" are replaced by the words "for certain agents".
Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 25 September 1992 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Art. 1st. - Administrative staff and technical staff of civil servants, trainees and contractors, as well as hospital and contractual paramedical staff of the National Institute of Invalids, shall receive, when performing their duties on a Sunday or a public holiday, a lump sum allowance on the basis of seven hours thirty-six minutes of actual work. »
In article 2 of the same decree, the words: "8 hours" are replaced by the words: "seven hours thirty-six minutes" and the words: "of 6 October 1950 referred to above" are replaced by the words: "No. 2002-60 of 14 January 2002 on hourly allowances for additional work".
Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 25 September 1992 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 3. - The amount of the lump sum allowance for work on Sundays and holidays is that provided for staff of public hospitalization institutions, pursuant to Article 1 of the decree of January 2, 1992 referred to above. »
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister Delegate for Budget and State Reform, spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister Delegate for Veterans Affairs are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
