Considering articles L. 133-1 et seq. of the Labour Code;
In view of the decree of 15 November 1956 and the subsequent decrees, including the decree of 10 February 2005, extending the national collective agreement of the pharmaceutical industry of 6 April 1956 and the texts that amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the decision of 18 April 2005 to the agreement of 13 June 1995 on statutory clauses (field of application) of the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Considering the request for extension submitted by signatory organizations;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 14 June 2005;
Considering the opinions collected during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Collective Bargaining Commission (subcommission of agreements and agreements), rendered at the meeting of 8 July 2005, Stops:
For all employers and all employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement of the pharmaceutical industry of 6 April 1956, the provisions of the 18 April 2005 Avenge to the Agreement of 13 June 1995 on the statutory clauses (field of application) of the aforementioned national collective agreement are made mandatory.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above-mentioned actor shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for by the said actor.
The Director of Labour Relations is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
