Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Health and Social Welfare,
Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983, as amended The rights and obligations of civil servants;
Given the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the function Hospital public;
In light of the amended Decree No. 90-839 of 21 September 1990 on the specific statutes of the administrative staff of the hospital public service, in particular Article 25 thereof;
Given Decree No. 97-120 of 5 February 1997 Allocating the new index bonus to certain hospital public service employees;
In the opinion of the Hospital Public Service Board of Governors as of June 14, 2004,
