Considering Decree No. 85-659 of July 2, 1985 amended fixing the Organization of the central administration of the Ministry of urban development, housing and transport;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 relating to the composition of the Government;
See Decree No. 2002 - 983 of July 12, 2002 related to the powers of the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea;
Given the Decree of 7 January 1993 on the organisation of the management of financial affairs and general administration, amended by the Decree of 2 September 1999;
Given the Decree of 15 September 1999 on the Organization of the subdirectorates of management of financial affairs and general office administration, stop: Article 1 Delegation is given to Ms. Marie-Thérèse Hansmannel, Deputy Director of financial affairs, Mr. Michel Tamain, principal of the public Treasury, and Ms. Thérèse Delrieu Treasurer, an engineer of public works of the State, in order to sign, on behalf of the Minister of equipment transport, housing, tourism and the sea, payment orders, transfer, delegation, receipts of expenses and revenue orders for the execution of the general budget of the Department and of the Treasury's special accounts.


Article 2 this order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
