In view of the Order of 7 January 1993 on the organisation of the Directorate of Financial Affairs and General Administration, as amended by the Order of 2 September 1999;
In light of the September 15, 1999 Order of the Organization of Financial Affairs and Corporate Administration Branch,
Arrête:
Delegation is given to Ms. Marie-Thérèse Hansmannel, Deputy Director of Financial Affairs, to Mr. Michel Tamain, the chief treasurer of the State Treasury, and Thérèse Delrieu, an engineer of public works of the State, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, the payment orders, Transfer, delegation, supporting documents of expenditure and orders of Revenue relating to the execution of the general budget of the Department and the special accounts of the Treasury.
This Order shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
