By Decision No. 2007-0580 dated June 28, 2007, delivered by the Communications Regulatory Authority Postal services, Courier Services 03 is authorised to offer non-reserved postal services relating to correspondence shipments under the conditions laid down in the Annex and in accordance with the legal provisions and Regulations. The authorisation shall be issued for a period of ten years from the date of signature of this Decision and shall be renewable. This authorization is related to the person of the holder and cannot be assigned to a third party. Amendments which may significantly affect the activity of the holder of this authorisation shall be communicated to the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority to verify their compatibility with the Authorization conditions.
