The President of the Republic promulgates the following law:
Sole Article
Authorized to ratify the Treaty between the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic Of Germany, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Austria, concerning the deepening of cross-border cooperation, in particular with a view to combating Terrorism, cross-border crime and illegal migration (together two annexes and A statement), made in Prüm on May 27, 2005, and the text of which is appended to this Law. (2)
This Act shall be enforced as the law of the State.
