ACT No. 2007-1156 of August 1, 2007, authorizing the approval of the Mutual Assistance Agreement in Criminal Matters Government of the French Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of China (1)

The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic Promulgates the following legislation:

Sole Article

Approval of Mutual Assistance Agreement in Criminal Matters between Government Of the French Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in Paris on 18 April 2005 and whose text is annexed to this Law (2).
This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
