The President of the Republic Promulgates the law The content follows:

Sole Article


Approval of the Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic French and the Government of the United Mexican States for the exchange of information relating to financial transactions carried out through financial institutions to prevent and combat transactions arising from illicit activities or Money laundering, signed in Paris on 6 October 1997, and whose text Is appended to this Act (2).
This Act shall be enforced as the law of the State.
