Decision of 19 July 2005 for the signature delegation of the Director General of the French Food Safety Agency

The Director General of the French Food Safety Agency,
In view of the Public Health Code, and in particular articles L. 1323-5, R. 1323-15 and R. 1323-17;
In view of the environmental code, and in particular Articles L. 533-2 and L. 533-3;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-1173 of 6 November 1995 for the application of Title III of Act No. 92-654 of 13 July 1992 on the Control of the use and dissemination of genetically modified organisms, as regards veterinary medicinal products;
In view of the Decree of 15 July 2005 appointing the Director General of the French Security Agency Food safety;
In view of the Order of March 22, 2002 appointing the Director of The National Agency for Veterinary Medicinal Products;
In view of the Decision of 5 January 2001 as amended on the general organisation of the French Food Safety Agency, and in particular Articles 3 and 9,
Decides:

Item 1


Permanent Delegation to Mr. Patrick Dehaumont, Director of the National Drug Agency To the effect of signing, for the Director General of the French Food Safety Agency, the acts and decisions taken pursuant to Article L. 533-3 of the Environment Code, where they concern experiments Under the conditions laid down in Chapter I of Title IV of the book Part V of the Public Health Code for veterinary medicinal products.

Article 2


In case of absence or incapacity of Mr Patrick Dehaumont, Dominique Mourot, Deputy Director, receives delegation to sign, for the Director General of the French Food Safety Agency, the acts and decisions taken pursuant to Article L. 533-3 of the Code of the environment referred to above, where they concern Experiments carried out under the conditions laid down in Chapter I of Title IV of Book I of Part V of the Public Health Code and relating to veterinary medicinal products.

Article 3


In the event of the simultaneous absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrick Dehaumont and Mr. Dominique Mourot, Ms. Sandrine Guet, who is responsible for the registration unit, receives delegation to the effect of Sign, for the Director General of the French Health Security Agency Foodstuffs, acts of procedure concerning administrative authorisations taken in accordance with Article L. 533-3 of the environmental code referred to above, where they concern experiments carried out under the conditions laid down in the Chapter I of Title IV of Book I of Part V of the Public Health Code on Veterinary Drugs.
